We accept returns within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
📦 Note: Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Refunds will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet, based on your preference.
Opened or used Desi Ghee cannot be returned due to food safety reasons.
Products returned without original packaging or past 7 days from delivery are not eligible for refund.
