Step-by-Step Method

One spoon of our ghee will remind you of village food, desi paratha, and maa ke haath ka taste. Try it once – you’ll love it!

Fresh Desi Cow Milk

We start with fresh milk from healthy desi cows. No injections, no mixing – only clean and pure milk.

Making Curd (Dahi)

We boil the milk and let it cool down. Then we add a little curd and leave it overnight. This makes thick desi dahi (curd).

Churning Butter (Makhan)

Next day, we churn the dahi with a wooden hand tool (Bilona). This gives us white butter (makhan) and buttermilk.

Cooking Butter

We cook the butter on low flame in a clay or steel pot. Slowly, ghee separates from the butter, and the milk particles settle down.

Filtering and Storing

We filter the ghee and store it in glass or steel jars. The result? 100% pure desi ghee – full of aroma and health.
